Pork loin is one of my favorite cuts because it thaws real quick and the cook time is barely 10 minutes.
Honey chilly has always been one of my favorite sauces because it has the perfect blend of spice with a hint of sweetness.
So here’s the recipe for some juicy pork loin dressed up in a tantalizing honey chilly sauce..
- Pork loin ( 2 slices)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbs pepper powder
- 1 Tbs red chilly powder/ chilly paste
- 1 tbs dark soy
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 a cup water
- Salt to taste
Flatten the pork loin and season it with salt and pepper.
Keep aside for an hour. In a non stick pan, place the pork on a slow flame and allow it to cook.
Flip it after a minute. Give it 2 minutes on each side. Take it off the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, throw in the garlic, and wait for it to turn golden brown. Then add the rest of the ingredients one by one.
Once the sauce begins to thicken,
Pour it over the pork loin..
and there you have it, your quick and delicious pork loin..
