Nutella has always been my all time favourite be it in cakes, on bread or even just a plain spoon full! So I decided to blend it with cream cheese. The nutella perfectly compliments the cream cheese to yield this creamy decadant cheesecake.The best part is, once your ingredients are in place, it barely takes 20 minutes for this no bake cake!
- 15/16 Oreo cookies
- 50 gms butter
- 10 tbs nutella
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 50gms cottage cheese
- 100gms hung curd
- 100gms cream cheese
- 1 tbs cocoa powder
Separate the biscuit and the cream. Crush the oreos and mix with melted butter. Line the base of the dish with the biscuit base and pop it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, using a hand blender, mix the cottage cheese and hung curd till a smooth consistency is achieved.
Add the cream and cream cheese and blend.
Then blend in the nutella.
Blend the whipped cream in two parts.
Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and freeze for 3-4 hours.
You can decorate it with cookies, hazelnut or chocolate chips!
