Here’s what you can do in under 15 minutes!
- 3 crabs
- 1 tbs sunflower oil/ butter
- 2 onions (finely chopped) *if you’d like more gravy, you can add an extra onion*
- 2 tbs ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chilies
- 2 tbs stew powder
- 1 tbs pepper
- 1 lime
- salt to taste
- handful coriander leaves/ mint leaves
Wash and clean the crabs and keep aside.
In a large base pan, pour in the oil. Once heated, add in the onion and chilies followed by the ginger garlic paste once the onions are golden brown.
Once fried, add in the stew powder. Fry.
Throw in the crabs. Cook for 15 mins with a lid. Squeeze in the lime and pepper. Add salt to taste.
Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
