Drunken chicken with an Indian twist

Bored cooking the mundane chicken?
Well, here is a recipe if you want to want to add a lil twist to your chicken….
This recipe started off as an experiment, and surprisingly came out real gooood.

Ingredients:
700 gms chicken
-2tbs green chilly sauce
-1 tbs bbq sauce
-1/2 cup red wine
-1/2 cup curd
-1/2 tsp tumeric powder
-1/2 tsp chilly powder
– 1 tbs oil
– 2tbs finely chopped garlic
– 1 onion
– 1 tomato
– 1 potato
– 2 green chillies
– salt to taste
– hand full corriander

Method:
Wash the chicken with water and keep aside.

Marinade the chicken with the green chilly sauce,red wine,tumeric,chilly powder and curd and keep aside.

Chop the onion, chilly,tomato, garlic and corriander fine.Chop the potatoes.

In a pan, preferably a deep dish.. Add the oil and fry the garlic on slow fire followed by the onions. Once the onion is golden brown, add the potatoes, tomatoes and chilly.
Tip: incase the potatoes take time to cook, fry them earlier for the perfect texture.
Once the above ingredients are fried well, add the chicken with the marinade.

Allow the chicken to cook on high flame for 5 mins and cover it with a lid and allow it to cook for another 10 mins on a slow flame.
Once the chicken is perfectly done, throw in some coriander leaves!!
