Don’t know what to do with these perfect not so little crustaceans?
Well, here’s a recipe that gives you fancy plus delicious in just 20 mins!
15 tiger prawns
3 tbs full mayonnaise
1 pod of garlic (atleast 5 tbs full) – finely chopped
4 tbs salted butter
Hand full corriander
3 tbs mustard sauce
Dash of lemon juice
Clean the prawns, with shell maintained depending on preference ( I like it with them on😆 ) and marinate it in the mustard sauce for 10 mins.
In a frying pan, add the butter and allow it to melt.
Then add the garlic, when the garlic turns golden Brown, slit the green chilly and throw it in.
Add the prawns and allow it to cook for 10 mins.
When the prawns are almost done, add the lemon.
Lastly, add the mayonnaise and mix well and quickly.
Garnish with corriander and voila….
